Things to know
- Every cookie will be individually heat-sealed for freshness. The cookies will last ~3 weeks from the time of packaging. If stored properly, cookies can stay fresh for up to 2+ months in the freezer—ensure they remain in their bag during defrosting. Please note that freezing and defrosting might result in minimal ink bleed on the design
- The quality of your uploaded image affects the final print on your cookie. For instance, grainy pictures will result in grainy printed cookie images. Please note that we do not perform any editing on pictures, logos, or artwork. Slight color variations may occur during printing—we strive to match colors as accurately as possible
