The more notice the better! We recommend about two weeks for custom cakes and cupcakes orders. If you’re unsure please reach out to custom@lukescustomcakes.com
As the majority of our cakes do not require refrigeration, we do recommend it. This is to ensure your cake doesn't melt in the warmer months and make the cake more sturdy. Remove the cake from the refrigerator about 3-4 hour before you serve it. If you do not have room in the refrigerator, you can place the cake on a flat surface away from any sunlight or extra heat.
Some of our cupcakes DO require refrigeration. These cupcakes are labeled in our 'chilled case'.

We do our best to respond to your order request within one to two business days. If you submit a request on the weekend, we will get back to you on the next business day (we are closed on Sunday & Monday).
We do not offer allergen free options at this time. We may use or come in contact with the following ingredients: Tree nuts, peanuts, egg, milk, wheat, & soy.
As of now we do not offer local delivery besides Oxford, OH to Miami University students. We do offer delivery and set up for weddings or large events.
There is street parking available on High Street or a small parking lot behind the bakery on Court Street. There is a free curb side parking spot in front of the bakery (painted green).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our cakes and the immediate start of production upon order placement, all sales are final. Once you have reviewed and paid for your invoice, we are unable to process any changes to orders scheduled for pickup within the same week.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your pickup date. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
A 5% service fee will be applied to any refunds issued for cancellations made at least one week prior to the scheduled pickup date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of pickup.
